MIMBO × DePHY: Strategic Partnership Intent to Explore the “NodeFi” Frontier

Web3 digital economy ecosystem MIMBO (MGG) today announced a strategic partnership intent with DePHY, a leading DePIN and AI infrastructure provider.

The collaboration focuses on the emerging NodeFi (Node-based Asset Financialization) direction, aiming to explore integrating Mimbo Node assets into DePHY’s financial infrastructure, thereby offering new liquidity and yield strategies for MIMBO’s Builder community.

Building Bridges Between Node Economy and DePIN

MIMBO is actively developing a digital economy powered by Mimbo Nodes, enabling anyone to participate, build, and earn.

Meanwhile, DePHY — centered on its decentralized messaging network — provides a full-stack infrastructure for DePIN projects, including a specialized Liquidity Layer designed for tokenized DePIN assets.

The collaboration will focus on exploratory integration and research across three key areas:

1.NodeFi Financialization

MIMBO and DePHY will explore potential pathways to integrate Mimbo Node assets into DePHY’s Liquidity Layer, enabling MIMBO node operators to financialize their staked assets.

This includes the creation of node yield certificates, staking derivatives, and other innovative financial instruments — aiming to enhance asset efficiency and capital utilization within the node economy.

2.Node & DePIN Network Interoperability:

With a network of over 60,000 active nodes, DePHY and MIMBO will study the feasibility of a“Node-as-a-Network”model.

This initiative explores whether MIMBO nodes can participate in DePHY’s network as communication or validation nodes, advancing interoperability between digital and physical DePIN layers.

3.DePIN × AI Narrative Alignment

Both teams will collaborate on advancing the broader “Expanded DePIN” narrative,

exploring potential synergies between MIMBO’s digital economy and DePHY’s AI Mesh Service,

with the goal of driving smarter and more autonomous Web3 infrastructure development.
